Rewards Members receive a FREE Birthday Dinner during the month of their
birthday:
• To redeem your free birthday dinner, simply bring your permanent Rewards card
in with you anytime during the month of your birthday. You must be an active
Rewards member at least 30 days prior to your birthday to be eligible. If you
are not sure, log into your Rewards account to view all active Rewards. YOU WILL
NOT RECEIVE A BIRTHDAY COUPON IN THE MAIL AND THERE IS NOTHING TO PRINT.
• Children under the age of 18 must be signed
up under a parent or legal guardian's account. To redeem a child's birthday
reward, bring the permanent Rewards card in that has the child listed.
Rewards
Members are automatically enrolled in the Frequent Buyer Program:
• To collect
points towards the Frequent Buyer Program, simply present your permanent Rewards
card to the cashier or your server every time you visit any Zehnder's property
to get your card swiped. Every time your card is swiped, the transaction shows
up as a credit on your Rewards account. To view your transaction history, log
onto your Rewards account and look under the table "Transaction History".
• When
you reach 10 transactions, a Rewards certificate will be loaded onto your
account. The amount of the Rewards certificate is 10% back of the total amount
spent. To view any active and inactive Rewards certificates, log onto your
Rewards account and look under the table "Rewards".
• To redeem your Rewards
certificate, simply bring your permanent Rewards card in to any Zehnder's
properties and let the cashier know how much of the certificate you would like
to redeem. A CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE MAILED AND THERE IS NOTHING TO PRINT.
Rewards Members are eligible for special discounts and promotions:
• Any special
promotions or discounts exclusive to Rewards members will be communicated via
email. These promotions will not be mailed. The email will communicate the
promotion and the details currently being offered.
• To redeem any special offers exclusive to Rewards
members, simply bring your permanent Rewards card in and let your server or
cashier know what reward you would like to redeem.
