What is Zehnder’s Rewards?
Zehnder’s is excited to announce the Zehnder’s Rewards Program. Zehnder’s Rewards is an exclusive membership program designed to reward our loyal guests with exclusive offers. Rewards Members sign up online and provide their email address and basic profile information to receive exclusive rewards such as birthday rewards, frequent buyer rewards and special offers. Membership is absolutely free. Members sign up online and can view transaction history, available rewards and profile information at any time from any computer with an Internet connection.
How do I apply for a Zehnder’s Rewards Card?
To apply for a Zehnder’s Rewards Card online, follow these simple steps:
1) Log onto www.zehndersrewards.com and click the “Apply” button
2) Enter your profile information
3) Confirm your registration and bring the email confirmation page in with you the next time you visit any of Zehnder’s properties to obtain a permanent Rewards Card and start collecting points right away.
Do I need to activate my permanent card in order to receive rewards including my free birthday dinner?
Yes. We require activation prior to collecting and redeeming rewards.
Once I activate my card, is there a waiting period to collecting and redeeming rewards?
All brand new members must wait for a period of 30 days prior to redeeming rewards. However, once the account is activated, you may begin collecting Frequent Buyer Points immediately.
How do I collect points to receive Frequent Buyer Rewards?
Once your online account is activated, simply bring your permanent membership card with you to any Zehnder’s properties and your card will be swiped each time you make a purchase. The transaction will be recorded and points will accumulate. You may view all transaction history and point balance at any time by logging into your account at
How do I redeem special offers sent to me via email?
Simply bring your card in with you to the participating Zehnder’s property and your card will be swiped to redeem the reward offer. To view all active rewards, log onto your account at
How do I keep track of my transactions and rewards?
Once your card is activated, visit www.zehndersrewards.com and choose “Log In” with your card number and password to view transaction history, active and inactive rewards.
Do my points ever expire?
Rewards Certificates will expire after 12 months (from the last transaction) of inactivity on your account. However, your points do not expire.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, all rewards have an expiration date. All Rewards will be sent via email with information on expiration dates, limitations and exclusions.
What happens if I forget to bring my permanent Rewards Card during my visit?
We do not require the physical card to redeem rewards or collect points. Simply give the cashier or server your phone number and we will be able to look up your account, redeem rewards and record transactions for points.
What happens if I forget to apply my last transaction to my Rewards account?
Simply log onto your account at www.zehndersrewards.com to apply your last transaction date, transaction number and amount to your account. The transaction date, number and amount MUST match the information on the receipt in order for your points to be added successfully.
What happens if I lose my permanent Rewards Card?
If you lose your permanent card, simply present a valid picture ID and phone number to a Zehnder’s associate and you will be issued a new card. You do not have to reactivate your account.
Can I opt out of receiving emails from Zehnder’s?
Yes, you may opt out of receiving emails from Zehnder’s after activating your account. However, you will not receive special offers and reminders if you choose not to receive emails from us.
How do I sign up for Zehnder’s Rewards if I do not have a computer?
We highly recommend obtaining an email address where you can receive special offers, rewards and reminders. Without an email address, Zehnder’s will have no way of communicating special offers to you. However, you may sign up for Zehnder’s Rewards by visiting our Guest Services office at Zehnder’s Restaurant. You must be 18 years of age or older and you must present valid picture ID.
Do I need an email address to sign up for Zehnder’s Rewards?
No, an email address is not required. However, we highly recommend obtaining an email address where you can receive special offers, rewards and reminders. Without an email address, Zehnder’s has no way of communicating special offers to you. However, to receive recurring rewards, such as the birthday reward, an email address is not required. Simply bring your permanent card in with you during the month of your birthday to receive your free birthday dinner.
